Public Portal User Accounts
The Public Portal is a centralized location in the Show The Way app designed to provide support for the community – both housed and unhoused – and does not require a login. It leverages the functionality of Show The Way without requiring the public to be an outreach worker in order to find help. In the video below you’ll see a walkthrough of the user accounts people experiencing homelessness can create if your community has Show The Way and has chosen to utilize the public portal. The Public Portal also contains the Public Resource Directory and the Citizen Request features.
