Simtech Solutions provides a standard set of survey templates that collect HUD required data elements for Street Outreach projects for various funding types, including HUD ESG and PATH. These data elements are stored within the Regional Command Center and will be available for reporting. Some expanded data elements are also included, such as:

Sexual Orientation

Type of place not meant for human habitation (such as Outdoor Encampment, Car or Vehicle, etc.)

Needs and Goals

Show The Way recognizes the need for additional information to address disparities, to learn more about causes of homelessness, and to address current needs of persons experiencing unsheltered homelessness.
